Bagua is a Hong Kong-based, international community built around shared experiences, local storytelling, and events. With a distinct visual identity and a loyal following, the brand had been exploding with momentum. We collaborated with Bagua to give that momentum a home, a website and e-commerce shop, built to match its energy.

BAGUA UNDER ONE ROOF.

Bagua already gained buzzing momentum: a distinct visual identity, a loyal following, a steady stream of events and content across Instagram, TikTok, and word of mouth. Our goal was to bring it all into one place, a website that acted as a source of truth for the brand, linking their existing channels so the community always knew where to look. With an audience that spans languages and backgrounds, it was integral that the site supported English and Chinese natively.

The result was a central community hub that matched the energy Bagua already created in person. New visitors could find their way in easily, and Bagua could send people a single link that captures it all.

Bringing the brand online.

We translated Bagua's existing visual language its warmth, cultural depth, and playful edge into a fully designed website. The site was built to serve as a living hub: home to events, editorial content, and the stories that define the community. And since Bagua's audience spans both locals and expats, we built full bilingual support from day one so every page speaks naturally in both English and Cantonese.

Growing with the brand.

As Bagua's digital presence took shape, the brand kept evolving. We expanded the platform to include a podcast section and a careers page, spaces that reflected Bagua's growing identity as not just an events brand, but a genuine cultural voice for Hong Kong's Gen Z. Each addition built on the same foundation, keeping the site cohesive as it grew.

Owning the room.

The next chapter: Bagua as its own event organizer. We designed a standalone landing page for their Word of Mahjong series, a dedicated experience built to generate buzz, capture sign-ups, and mark a new moment for the brand. From a community that gathered online to one that now gathers in person.
